What's your role in
fighting Fraud?
How
much fraud do you think is occurring in your
organization?
Is
your company aware of the red flags to identify
fraud in various parts of the company?
Do you have a method for collecting data to support
the amount of fraud that is being reported?
Do
you think your company has the adequate capabilities
to identify and prevent fraud?
Are
you gathering the right information and documenting
it in an appropriate manner to apprehend criminals?
If
you feel challenged in being able to answer the
questions specifically or even generally, your
bottom line may be suffering as a result of subtle
fraud.
At
SCG, we recognize that organizations need to have a
structured way to combat, prevent and detect the
fraud that may be occurring in your organization.
Not doing so can lead to a destructive environment
with low morale impeding your organization’s ability
to achieve success.
